Purpose of the Events Holding Area
The Events holding area is where future events that fall outside of the typical 8 weeks sign-up area can be placed.
This is to give members a heads-up of what events are coming up in the future and give members the opportunity to make travel and accommodation arrangements as needed.
Unless the event organizer needs to know how many members are attending before the 8-week sign-up period each post will be locked.
In accordance with the 501st UK Garrison we wont’be be posting any UKG events in the holding area unless that’s been agreed between the event cordinator and the 501st EC.
Please be aware that until the event is posted on the forum details and confirmation of the event are subject to change so if you are booking accommodation you may do well to book with a flexible cancellation policy.
