Starting with the head. I’ve built it up out of foam. The next step is to add the skin layer before painting.

Hi Chris,
We are looking to see if anyone has cleared Orrimaarko before, I've searched global and can't find much Info or a standard, so we will need to make sure there are enough references:
Costumes eligible for Rebel Legion membership, that do not have written/posted costume standards must include:
1. Two or more images, head to toe, showing the front and back of the costume being created OR a 360-degree head-to-toe turnaround of the character.
2. Additional images may be included to show detail of the costume being created.
3. Resource material may come from any LFL/Disney licensed sources for the character/costume being created.
4. Additional costume details may come from a detailed text-based description, but must have an accompanying visual reference to be considered for creating a Rebel Legion approved costume.
5. For video games: Player generated/edited costumes for game characters (those that are customizable) are not eligible for consideration for Rebel Legion membership.
Will you be making the soft parts yourself?
Geoff will be able to guide with the trooper aspects of the build.

Thanks, I’m working off the costume book, which seams to be the only decent source of images. It is a tricky one. I will do what I can myself. If I can get the head right that’s the focal point.

From my neck of the woods, it looks like a standard Endor trouser and belt requirement.
If we look at some of the action figure pics, they suggest a dark gaiter and boot with an ERT long sleeve shirt with a padded half length vest of some sort. Poncho looks plain with the pockets for fireworks and what looks like a hunting rifle. Not a lot of material to go on so it's all speculative.
Happiness is a warm A280. Or A300. Even a Glie-44 at a pinch.

Thanks. I’ll upload the reference photos from the book when I get a chance.

I’ve sourced the gaiters and the some very similar gloves. I’ll post when I’m next at home.

Any refs for this will go a long way. Pics of other characters suggest leather pouches, not canvas, so it all gets a bit of a fishing trip.

A reference image. The book has a single side view of his head without the hood. That I believe is the only published image showing the side detail (which I’m assuming is identical on the other).

OK, that makes me think the gaiters are standard 5-8 eyelet ERT style and weathered up. Hard to tell with the colour balance if the trousers have the usual Moss Green or that's October Brown. I'm inclined to think it's Moss, in keeping with the ERT standard.
Pouches look canvas in that pic but not clear what they are. Could be an M1956 M16A1 pouch which is shorter than the M14 one. Smaller pouch isn't a dressing/compass pouch though. looks too square.
Usual tan long sleeve T shirt, perhaps with a turtle neck, to hide the mask with a Hoth vest over the top. Gloves look like the regular ERT ones would do. Poncho seems simple with 4 25mm loops each side to hold what look like old marker pens.
Happiness is a warm A280. Or A300. Even a Glie-44 at a pinch.

Awesome. I’ll come back to you when I get to that stage. I concentrating on getting the mask right first.

Hi
Chris, look forward to seeing this come together!
I found this reference for the back of the costume - it's not great quality but should prove helpful:

"Go, and pray that I find your master before he finds you."
