EVENT NAME: Somerset Comic Con and Gaming Festival, Taunton UKG Invite

EVENT DESCRIPTION Comic Con and gaming festival with a family friendly / community emphasis on bringing cosplayers together and people with a love of comics and gaming. The aim is for this to be affordable for everyone to attend and will also raise funds for local charities with a raffle / auction.

EVENT REQUIREMENTS

TIME:10:00 - 16:00 please arrive by 09:00

Food can be hit and miss but we normally have something!

Possible opportunity to have table space if we can get people to man it and get the items there. If this ends up being the case I will increase spotter numbers to have 2 people manning the table, can rotate with spotters but I do not want this to impact on trooper numbers for the day as trooping the event is the priority!

Also at times due to the size of these now other groups may attend, please be aware of this and of course we need to all work together for the good of Star Wars on the day :)
